The inspiration for this design comes from my childhood experiences, when I used to walk through the local park in search of animal and bird footprints. What is more, I used to image how those birds or animals that left the prints on the ground would look like. Then, I released that my favourite playground was shared and not only with other human beings.

The design for this carpet tries to recreate a playground at home to be shared with the great diversity of this wonderful world.

La inspiración para este diseño proviene de mis experiencias en la infancia, cuando solía pasear por el parque en busca de huellas de animales y aves. Es más, solía imaginar cómo serían aquellos animales y pájaros que dejaron los rastros. Fue entonces cuando me dí cuenta que mi zona de recreo favorita estaba compartida y no solo con otros seres humanos.

El diseño de esta alfombra trata de crear una zona de recreo en casa para compartirla con la grandiosa diversidad de este maravilloso mundo.

Rafael studied Business Administration and Management & Computing, and his career was focused on Information Technology, although he always was interested in Arts and Design in a non-professional way. In 2012, he made a change in his career and he started to study design at Instituto Europeo de Diseño in Madrid. Since then, he has been exploring and creating some works in fashion, graphic, interior and product design

Rafael estudió Dirección y Administración de Empresa e Informática, y su carrera estuvo enfocada en Tecnologías de la Información, aunque siempre tuvo interés por las artes y el diseño como afición. En 2012, decidió realizar un cambio en su carrera profesional y comenzó a estudiar diseño en el Instituto Europeo de Diseño en Madrid. Desde entonces, ha estado explorando y creando trabajos en diseño de moda, gráfico, interiores y producto
