This carpet design was inspired by the beautiful textures of the tropical leaves found on the white sandy beaches.The pallet reflects the richness and diversity in the shades of green that these leaves come in and their simplicity and beauty.

Alexandra Ion is a Romanian architect and designer born in Bucharest.She is passionate about product design,visual arts and decoration and has worked as an interior designer for the last five years.Her work reflects her belief that design can enrich life and lead to extraordinary experiences.Her favorite means of expression are acrylic, pastels and charcoal,most of her designs starting with a hand drawn concept that is later digitally completed.

Alexandra Ion este un arhitect și designer român născut în Bucuresti.Este pasionata de designul de produs, artele vizuale, arhitectura și a lucrat ca designer de interior de cand a absolvit Facultatea de Arhitectura din cadrul Universitatii din Bucuresti.Stilul ei reflecta convingerea că designul poate îmbogăți viața și poate duce la o serie de experiente extraordinare atunci cand este ancorat in context.Modalitatile ei preferate de exprimare sunt culorile acrilice, pastelurile si schitele in creion.De cele mai multe ori modele ei încep cu un concept desenat de mână care este finisat mai târziu prin prelucrare digitala.
